Liz Diamond, Nursery School Director

Bio

Liz Diamond has been a member of the CCNS staff since 1986. She began by teaching the Playgroup class for young toddlers. For the following eighteen years, she taught in the four year-old preschool class. For the past two years, she has been teaching a class of three year-olds. Liz served as assistant director for five years prior to becoming the director of the school.


Pam Neville (Bowser), Office Manager

Bio

Upon graduation from The University of Chicago with a degree in French Language and Literature and plans to go to law school, Pam began what she thought was a temporary job working in the family business.  30 years later, Pam joined the staff of ECC Riverside as office manager in September of 2012, while still working part-time in Smithfield.  She withdrew from her position in the family business in 2014, and now works exclusively for the church, where she serves as both administrator and bookkeeper.  In addition to her official duties, Pam serves on the worship leading and PowerPoint teams. Pam and her husband, Paul Bowser, are the parents of teenagers Andrew and AnnaLeigh.


Andy Ober, Interim Pastoral Ministry Assistant

Bio

Originally from Barrington, Andy’s ministry career has led him around New England, serving as a pastor an as a campus ministry staff worker. Prior to joining RCC staff in February 2022, he was serving as a pastor in Boston. Andy enjoys building communities that empower people to grow in their love for Jesus and their awareness of God’s work in and through them. He now lives in Lincoln, RI with his wonderful wife Lisa with their four children.


Mary Putera, Interim Pastor

Bio

Mary has been an ordained pastor for almost 20 years. Mary’s pastoral call is rounded out through her work as a counselor, community care provider, and organizational transformation specialist. Her vocation across these fields is a consistent call to the facilitation and flourishing of loving community grounded in Christ. This work is marked by a dedication to fostering grace, mercy, and justice. Her primary focuses at RCC are to collaborate with the leadership at RCC and to grow the discipleship of the RCC community.
