Riverside Youth Group: 2026–2027 Schedule & Retreat Opportunities
Join Riverside Covenant Church for a year of faith, friendship, and fun! Our Youth Group gathers on Sunday evenings for students to build relationships, grow in faith, and enjoy meaningful time together. Along with our weekly gatherings, we're exploring several retreat opportunities for middle and high school students.

Upcoming Retreat Opportunities
Help Us Plan for the Year Ahead!
Riverside Covenant Church is gathering interest in several potential retreat opportunities for our youth. If you or your child is interested in participating, please let us know so we can begin planning. These opportunities require RCC leaders, transportation arrangements, and fundraising.
Homeless Awareness Weekend
Dates: November 13–14, 2026
Who: High school students, grades 9–12
Format: Friday–Saturday overnight
We are also exploring ways for middle school students to participate during the day. Please let us know if your student is interested in either opportunity.
WinterFest — High School Retreat
Dates: January 8–10, 2027
Who: High school students, grades 9–12
Format: Weekend away
WinterFest offers high school students a potential opportunity to connect with other young people, grow in their faith, and experience fellowship beyond our regular Sunday gatherings.
WinterBlast — Middle School Retreat
Dates: January 29–31, 2027
Who: Middle school students, grades 6–8
Format: Weekend away
WinterBlast is a potential weekend retreat designed for middle school students to build friendships, explore their faith, and enjoy time together in a retreat setting.
Denominational National Conference
Dates: July 18–23, 2027
Who: Current high school students
Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
High school students are invited to explore the opportunity to attend a denominational national conference, connect with students from other communities, and participate in a broader faith community.
Additional details, including costs, transportation, and registration, will be shared as plans are confirmed.
